Cooking on runescape maailma üks lihtsamaid ja tähtsamaid skille. Tähtsaim sellepärast, kuna iga mängija vajab toitu mida süüa, et mitte surra. Lihtsaim aga sellepärast, et selle tegemiseks pole vaja läbida ühtki questi või minigamet. Mida suurem on sul cooking level seda paremaid toite sa saad küpsetada ja nende eest saab paremat xp'd ja need ravivad rohkem elusi. Kui sa oled jõudnud 32 cookinguni ja sul on olemas chef hat, siis saad sa siseneda ka Cooking Guildi. Nüüd toon ma välja tabeli kus on olemas kõik toidud, palju nad xp annavad, kui suurt cooking levelit on vaja et neid küpsetada ja palju nad ravivad.
